Thanks for the wonderful how to! I keep looking for the mineral oil- but couldn't find it- silly me- baby oil- duh..... Thanks- now I can use those prisma colors that are sitting on my table!
Good tut!!!!
Thanks so much! To answer your ? regarding the plate... I don't think it is handpainted..but I don't know that much about china. The back says- Louise... and under that- Bavaria.
I think I'm going to have to try the baby oil out. I can't stand the smell of my OMS. Great tutorial!
I certainly learned something new! Can't wait to share your tutorial with my daughter, who loves all things paper and pencil.
I learned this technique off the PTI forum last month. As we don't have Prisma's over here I bought some good quality alternative colouring pencils and am really pleased with the result.
I enjoyed your tutorial. It's a lot nicer than the one I watched on You Tube! And thanks for the tip about the sanding block - I rather foolishly forgot about that bit of it and used a pencil sharpener with dodgy results...
Oh this sounds fun. Now to look for some of these stumps in India
Thanks for this tutorial Tracy. Bumped into ur bog and it is wonderful |
