Happy Holidays

I got in the quilted card mood again this morning and when I found this sketch over at Just Us Girls I knew it would be perfect for what I had in mind!

My base is PTI white. The decorative paper is all Memory Box Dewfrost. I cut 1" squares, adhered them to a scrap of cardstock, then faux-stitched around the edge using my paper piercer and Inkssentials white pen.

The little sleigh is from my set Sleigh Ride stamped in Palette Charcoal ink. [Kate's got my set on sale for only $5! What a deal!] I used my prismacolor pencils to color in the sleigh and holly filler.



My sentiment is from PTI's Signature Christmas set stamped in Palette Charcoal ink onto a piece of faux-notebook paper I made. The ribbon is May Arts light blue silk.

To finish my card off, I used my Copic Spica gold and olive glitter pens to add some shimmer to the sleigh. And I added tiny dots of Ruby Red Liquid Pearls to act as the holly berries.
