Think Love

Happy Monday! Thank you all for the sweet comments you left me Friday. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one suffering through issues like these. Sometimes it can seem that way, especially with how unhelpful my former doctor was. [Trust me, I've got a ton of stories.] I've since switched and have an appointment with a new doctor Wednesday, so hopefully we'll be able to make some progress.

I decided to be a little rustic this week. My base is PTI kraft. The decorative paper is from My Mind's Eye Life Stories Collection 1. Lots of great blues on kraft cardstock in this collection. I faux-stitched around the decorative paper using my paper piercer and Copic Multiliner.



I used my prismacolor pencils to color in the image Lisa sent us. It was stamped in black Memento ink. Then I used my Heidi Swapp edge distressor to rough the edges up a bit. I used my Copic Spica clear glitter pen to add some sparkle to the flowers themselves.

I finished the card off with a bit of twine and a little sentiment that I made from the die-cut sheet that came with the decorative paper collection and an SRM sticker that I stuck to it. I popped the whole thing up on a dimensional for more interest.
